Born in response to the Kent State massacre, new wave band Devo took their concept of “de-evolution” from cult following to near–rock star status with groundbreaking 1980 hit “Whip It” while preaching an urgent social commentary.。阿娇和老马负责调查黑帮案件，面对上级的敷衍态度又要面对黑道的威胁心力交瘁，老马更在调查案件中失职，阿娇立下决心破案，与此同时，阿娇不断收到神秘礼物。另一边出生贫困的嘉乐酷爱溜冰，在一次夜晚溜进一个体育用品仓库，却发现了大量的军火，惊惶失措的同时，一束手电照入……。
