1949年，中国以及这片土地上的人民迎来了最为关键的一年。共产党势如破竹，在三大战役上接连取得胜利，国民党方面则溃不成军，抓紧一切时间抢夺物资，撤离大陆。作为全国金融中心的上海，更成为各方势力争夺、搜刮的重点。时任国民政府中央银行秘书处处长的黄铭受命运送巨额黄金前往台湾，起身为地下党的儿子黄以轩（郭晓冬 饰）则试图策反父亲前往解放区，而以轩的姐夫孙世安（姜武 饰）——国民党上海情报站副站长在得知消息后百般阻拦，与黄氏父子展开连番明争暗斗。 正所谓各为其主，一家人为了各自的理想捐弃己身，哪怕在建国后相当长的一段岁月里，以轩和孙世安的较量也从未停止……。ARIMA It is the story of four women and a girl who- se existence is disrupted by the sudden arrival of two strangers.
