电影《妄想症》分为三个故事，分别讲述了三个主人公在不同时期，经历不同的心理创伤，从而产生的病态幻觉，导演力求打破传统国内惊悚片的拍摄模式，打造另类惊悚。其中，程媛媛饰演了一个叫咏娜的女生，因失恋而造成心理阴影，从而将好友的男友当成自己的恋人。。Jasmine Gyuh漫画作品《后街女孩(Back Street Girls )》，继先前推出改编动画后，官方宣布改编真人版电影的消息。 真人电影的三位“女主”由白洲迅、柾木玲弥、花沢将人扮演。冈本夏美、浅川梨奈等也将在本片中出演角色。 《后街女孩》故事描述了山本健太郎、立花亮与杉原和哉这三个黑道组织的流氓，因为犯了错，而被组织的老大下令转性变成女性偶像歌手替老板赚钱。原先三人想拒绝，但却因为不想死而接受了这个条件。但没想到他们成为偶像歌手之后，居然真的走红，有了许多粉丝!可是心中还是铁汉子的他们，每天都非常的苦恼。。The story follows a young Indigenous game warden who arrests an infamous poacher only to discover that the poacher knows the location of a plane carrying millions of dollars that has crashed in a frozen lake.
