Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。一百多年前，林家的祖先来到台湾岛，并在这里定居。林家两辈从医，祖父精通中医，父亲林汉敏擅长西医外科，平日在日本人八重开设的诊所内上班。某晚，汉敏的妻子待产，主刀医生八重却醉卧斗室，手足无措的汉敏只得硬着头皮为妻子剖腹。1928年4月9日，就在台湾被日本侵占的第33个年头，林家迎来了新的生命。而他们一家人，也注定在这纷乱时代中经历无数的悲欢离合。。小学生大雄、静香、小夫和胖虎是四个最亲密的伙伴，说是亲密伙伴，是因为他们四个经常在一起玩，但小夫和胖虎经常欺负大雄。而大雄天生就是被人欺负的对象。大雄家里住着来自未来的机器猫——哆啦A梦，哆啦A梦经常会看到大雄被欺负忍不住拿出一些未来世界的“道具”帮助他，不过大雄大多数都会滥用这些“道具”去作弄人，最后经常导致局面不可收拾，笑料百出！全新来临的第五季他们又会为我们带来什么样的欢乐故事呢？。
