阿荣（Atiwat Lamgul 饰）和小董（Kapon Tongplub 饰）是医学院的学生，某日，两人偷偷潜入停尸房，想要取得尸油和夭折的胎儿。在传说中，死去的胎儿能够实现主人的愿望，而尸油则拥有操纵他人感情的神奇功效。 两人的秘密行动被在医院值班的护工小国发现了，虽然经历了一些波折，阿荣和小董的计划还是成功了，两人实现了愿望，亦得到了他们一直想要得到的东西。然而，之后，两人的身边开始发生一些科学无法解释的诡异事件，没过多久，他们双双命丧黄泉，其状可怖，而看似无辜的小国亦被牵连遭遇了和两人相似的事件，阿荣留下的视频揭露了小国的秘密，原来他亦深陷罪恶的泥潭之中。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。
